Sustainable. Louis de Grenelle produces its sparkling wines in the heart of the Loire Valley, within the Saumur appellation. Obtained from local grapes according to traditional winemaking processes, the maison's sparkling wines are aged in cellars dug into the tuff, where they take on their particular character.
The SI Irrésistible rosé is made from Grolleau grapes, an ancient variety typical of the area west of the city of Tours and commonly used to produce sparkling wines. This is aged for less than 9 months on the lees which is required to be labeled as Saumur.
