One of the oldest of Italy's white wines.
A clear pale yellow with natural golden highlights, it has the fruity fragrant aromas typical of this area, with hints of wild mint and aromatic herbs. Dry but rounded with a subtly bitter aftertaste.
Delightful as an aperitif or with classic central Italian dishes: lasagne, spaghetti with summer vegetables, asparagus crêpes, chicken or rabbit with olives, fresh cheeses and all fish.
