This aperitif tastes like an old-fashioned without the bite - it's rich with baking spices, bittersweet from our burnt caramel, and has a touch of citrus from the orange peels. We love to sip it over ice at the beginning of the evening, or mix it in a cocktail wherever you would use sweet vermouth.
