Unti Vineyards Fiano 2024

Our Fiano comes from two small vineyard blocks, planted in 2011 and 2018. Fiano, in my opinion, is the most interesting and distinctive white wine in Southern Italy. It has expressive honey, almond-pear aromas and flavors in a richly textured, but crisp wine. In 2024, an early September heat wave helped to amplify more fruit, while maintining the bright acidity you have come to expect from Unti, which is more vibrant than Fiano from Italy. Fiano is tremendously versitile, as it can stand up to full flavored food.
