The Judgement of Piedmont: Wines of CA & France with Beaune Import's Arnie Plowe | Friday May 1st 5-7:30pm

This May marks the 50th Anniversary of the infamous Judgement of Paris, the wine competition set in Paris in which California wines unexpectedly bested their French counterparts in a blind tasting, shocking the world. 

Loosely inspired by this event, we will be serving 2 California wines and 2 French wines of the same variety (line up below):

1) David Trouselle Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 'La Couleuvaire' 2023

2) Enfield Wine Co. Brousseau Vineyard Chalone Chardonnay 2023

3) Camus-Bruchon & Fils Savigny-lés-Beaune 1er Cru Narbantons 2023

4) Popelouchum Estate 'Exuberant' San Benito County Pinot Noir 2023 

We say loosely as this will *NOT* be a blind tasting.

We're here to enjoy and compare, rather than judge (though it you want to be the judge, all power to you!).

Arnie Plowe from Beaune Imports will be our guide.
