Terreno "Le Tre Vigne" Chianti Classico 2021

This comes from three sites within  the Terreno Estate, located in Greve (in Chianti Classico's northeast corner). Terreno gives aromatics and beautiful fruit; Le Bonille lends structure and minerality; Sillano contributes freshness and depth. Greve is cooler and hillier than the rest of the region leading to lighter, fresher expressions of Chianti Classico.

The grapes are hand-picked in small trays. Micro-fermentations where each field and clone vinify separately. Only natural yeasts are used. Fermentation and skin contact take place in stainless steel tanks or in open 10hl vessels for optimal oxygenation. Manual remontage.
