Terah Wine Co. Paicines Ranch Vineyard Rosé 2024

This rosé blend of equal parts Grenache and Syrah is sourced from young vines grown on a promising new site --a biodiverse ranch and vineyard in California's central coast. Handharvested grapes were gently foot-tread and pressed after about an hour of maceration for color. To maintain freshness the wine was fermented (via native yeast) and briefly aged (5 months) in stainless steel. This zippy rosé shows lovely notes of rose petal, strawberries, raspberries and a touch of fresh herbs. Pair with roast chicken or tomato salads.
