From Cave de Ribeauvilles, de-alcoholised Ribo is Alsace's first alcohol-free wine brand. Ribo sparkling is made from Muscat. The nose is clean and fine, with lovely notes of fresh nectarine and biscuit leading to a sophisticated, delicate palate. Ribo sparkling is recommended as an aperitif, and can be used in non-alcoholic or low ABV cocktail bases or paired with shellfish, oysters, and grilled fish.
