Pojer e Sandri "Zero Infinito" Cremisi Sparkling Rosé

An addictive, utterly unique ancestral method (basically pet nat) sipper based on the rare Selar grape (a specifically developed European grape variety with disease resistance from hybridization with natural disease and fungal resistant native American varieties also known as a "PIWI" variety, which allows for ecologically friendly, no chemical farming). With an electrifying and intense perfume of rose petals and lychee, raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate, and roobois tea, it's like nothing else. 

This winery was founded in 1975 by two friends, Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri, with the goal of proving that an untested viticulture region, between the Adige river and the Cembra valley, was capable of producing world class wines. The winery was an early adopter of using little-known, disease-resistant "PIWI" grape varieties in order for farm naturally, with zero chemical impact for their Zero Infinito wines.
