Harushika Tokimeki Sparkling Sake 300ML

Harushika Brewery was founded in 1884 and is located in the Nara prefecture. Harushika means “Spring Deer” in Japanese. The Tokimeki is a delicate yet bright rendition of sparkling sake that finishes with a soft sweetness. White peaches, melon and red apple notes, along with lower alcohol make this sake very food friendly and so fun to sip!

Sake Style: Junmai (indicates that no alcohol was added to the sake. This is not necessarily a mark of quality, but rather a stylistic choice.) 

Semaibuai: 70%/ SMV: -90/ Acidity: 1.4/ Abv: 6.5%/ Best served: Chilled in a wine glass or champagne flute.
