The fruit for this wine comes primarily from the monopole vineyard surrounding Chateau du Thulon, a 12th century chateau, in the village of Lantignie. The vines are, on average, 50 years old and planted to granite soils. Vinification is typically semi-carbonic, with maceration of the whole berries for 5-6 days. Raised in a tank for 4 to 5 months.

With intense, pure strawberry on the nose and palate. Pure pleasure to drink.
