Petit Chablis, as opposed to Chablis Chablis, comes from the vineyards planted to Portlandian soil, which consists of limestone stratum. V
After harvest, Brocard's organically farmed grapes are pressed and fermentation via indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the wine's freshness and typicity. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation, but it's so steely you'd barely detect it.
Citrus-forward, with notes of fresh lime juice and grapefruit, alongside crushed seashells, chamomile and white tea. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, light and crisp -- a classic. Bring on the oysters!
