41% Xarello 35% Macabeu 24% Parellada This cava Reserva was born in the vintage 1988, since then always made by the 3 traditional grapes and without any added sugar. Since 2007 vintage it was named as Reserva de la Musica, because of our connexion with the famous cellist Pablo Casals, born in our village of El Vendrell. Refinement, elegance, freshness and balance. Tasting Notes: A brilliant pale straw yellow colour. Good carbonic strength with small bubbles. A delicate confiture aroma of white fruits (pear and white plum), and background of citrus notes (confiture of lemon peel) and a touch of peach notes. Delicated bakery ageing notes. Wide in the mouth, creamy, silky with a long and fruity end, enchanting the fresh sensation in the mouth. Elegant bitter notes at the end that give more persistency.
