Hatzis Winery "Seven Roots" Xinomavro P.D.O Amynteo 2021

Amynteo classic red wine from Xinomavro grapes, wild fermented. Aged on less in barriques for 12 months, and another few years in bottle. Strawberries, cinnamon and rosehips mix with balsamic, rawhide, cayenne pepper and porcini for a wine that is pretty and raw and earthy at the same time--just as any good Xinomavro should be! Tannins are present and dusty fine and will integrated.
