Hella Chenin Pre-Party featuring 2 Winemakers: Luddite's Niels Verburg & Kleinlerer Wines Sagie Kleinlerer | Friday, May 15th, 2026

The night before the sold out event in Berkeley, we're bringing together two winemakers for an expanded (6 glass) tasting of two hemispheres: Niels Verburg who makes one of South Africa's best Chenin Blancs in the Bot River region & a relative local new comer, Sagie Kleinlerer of Berkeley's Kleinlerer Wines, who makes North America's best skin-contact Chenin Blanc. 

We'll be pouring Chenin Blancs from both producers along with 2 other wines that showcase the range of their production.
