Fukucho Moon on the Water Seaside Sparkling Junmai Sake

A sparkling sake bottled fermented in “pet nat” style. The brewer uses a little white koji in this sake, resulting in citrus notes and a refreshing finish-perfect with the treasures of the sea that hiroshima is known for. TASTING NOTES: Lemon, Guava, Fine Bubbles.
