This single-vineyard Baga, a Portugese grape similar to Nebbiolo, from the southern extremes of the Bairrada DOC is fermented in oak lagares before being transferred to used French barrels. A standard bearer for the region, this wine has a Foillard-like texture and represents tremendous value. The vast majority of the production is sold to Michelin-star addresses in London. Extremely limited.
