Fantome Pissenlit Dandelion Saison 750ml Bottle

Fantome is a classic artisanal farmhouse brewery in the heart of the Ardennes forest. Its brews are in the robust flavorful saison style, and recall the early days of Belgian brewing. Brewer Danny Prignon is known for his regular Fantome Saison and for the creative and adventurous brews he makes to mark each of the four seasons. This brew features dandelion greens (Pissenlit in French), that Danny picks, dries in the sun and salts in water for a few days. The dandelion "tea" forms the basis for this beer. The greens and flowers provide a subtle freshness when mixed with the traditional barley and hops. Deep, golden, spritz brew with a good hop bite.
