From the winery: Brosseau Vineyard is planted high in the mountains of Chalone on intensely rocky soils of limestone and decomposed granite. Few vineyards in the world offer this combination of concentration and mineral tension.

Delicate balance of intense fruit (green apple, orange peel, honeysuckle) with an intense minerality (chalkiness) throughout. John Lockwood at Enfield consistently makes some of our favorite California Chardonnays.
