Domaine de Colette Beaujolais-Lantignié Nature 2024

Lantignie is not only the heartbeat village of Regnie but is somewhat turning into a movement among producers in the area that used to label their wine under Beaujolais Village.  The movement includes an agreed upon ethos among producers in farming and wine production which includes: organic and / or biodynamics, limited production, minimal use of sulfur if any at all, and absolutely no additives. The result is pure unadulterated wine that has been pressed from whole clusters to obtain as much fruity aromas as possible. The wine is unfiltered with no added sulfites to preserve freshness and find the Beaujolais of bygone days again. Serve slightly chilled with stir fry or grilled vegetables.
