Distilleria Dell'Alpe Verità Vodka 1L

Just when we asked ourselves if the world really needed another craft vodka we tasted this. A vodka from some of our favorite producers of bitters in the Italian Alps, Verità Vodka Italiana is made from 100% Italian wheat and pure Alpine spring water. The production process includes an initial triple distillation (to make it smoother), followed by a final fourth distillation in an antique, wood-fired bain-marie still, and it is not chill filtered. This meticulous process results in a vodka that is smooth, clean, and pristine, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%. A premium vodka in process, but not in price.
