Diletto Tonello “Marachelle” Veneto Frizzante (Pet Nat) 2024

Marachelle means “pranks” This cuvee is made of 60% Durella and 40% Chardonnay, which rounds out the lemony notes of Durella. This is a petillant naturel in that it is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, trapping the reamining CO2 in the bottle and leaving behind sesdiment, which adds flavor to the wine. Bone dry, with notes of citrus and green apple.
