A balanced, traditional method sparkling wine that always overdelivers. Composed of traditional Cava varieties (Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada) primarily sourced from organically-farmed estate vineyards located in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona). The wine is aged for a minimum of 15 months prior to release, with reserve wines aged up to 10 years. The first Spanish winery to have been issued a biodynamic certificate from Demeter. Perhaps the only thing that has remained $10 for the past 10 years, making it an even better value than it was in 2015!
Tasting Notes: Fresh citrus and pastry aromas. On the palate it is refreshing and vivacious with finely textured bubbles. Great with Sunday brunch, tapas, or blended in a Champagne cocktail.
