Dakishvili Family Sparkling Kisi 2024

This orange pet nat made from the Kisi grape (native to Georgia) with a short cold maceration on the skin and then finishing the alcoholic fermentation in bottle, resulting in the wine being naturally saturated with CO2. With rich aromas of ripe yellow peaches, crisp apples with white blossoms on the finish. Enjoyed one of our favorite pet nats chilled as an aperitif or a cheese plate.
