Chateau Lestrille sits on the northern point of Entre-deux-Mers in a small town just south of Saint Emilion. Estelle makes all the wines employing the same philosophy, using a light touch and working with HVE certified (in organic conversion) vineyards) Estelle Roumage's version is made with 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle. This dry white is replete with notes of grapefruit and savory herbs, and makes for an uncomplicated yet tasty glass of wine.
