This blend of 70% Merlot, 30% Cab Franc is the perfect French table red for your steak frites. From biodynamically-farmed vineyards (still a rarity in this region) outside of Saint-Emilien planted to south facing limestone-clay hillsides.

To preserve freshness, the wine is aged in cement. 

With notes of ripe raspberries, tart cherries with hints of chocolate and anise spice on the finish.
