Éphémère is a project between legendary Champagne producer, Fred Savart, and a few longtime friends, in partnership with Champagne Dremont, launched in 2014. The team found prime vineyards in Champagne which they believed were not being utilized to their full potential, concentrated around Alize, Oger and Mesnil. The first cuvees were sold exclusively in France but they are now being released in the US for the first time.
This wine is from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Coteaux Sud Epernay and entirely from the 2019 vintage. Bottled with 2 g/L dosage, only 5,449 bottles produced.
