Caraccioli Brut Cuvee Santa Lucia Highlands 2017

All Caraccioli Cellars wines are 100% estate grown and produced from our Escolle Vineyard since 2015. Made utilizing light-handed techniques and processed in small lots, each wine showcases a unique expression of Escolle. All production is done at our winery in Gonzales, a mere five miles from the vineyard. Produced as a mixed cepage of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%), this wine is aged on the lees four years. Bright and fresh with layers of depth and structure, the Brut Cuvee is their flagship wine.
