Join us Friday night and taste the difference between

• a lightly spritzy  Méthode Ancestrale / Pétillant Naturel (Pet-nat for short) of Pinot Meunier 
• a frizzante Lambrusco made in the Charmant aka Martinotti aka Tank method 
• a méthode champenoise wine from the Loire 
• a Hawaiin macadamia nut nectar honey made in the méthode champenoise (why do we have to limit ourselves to grape based bubbles?)

As always, bread will be provided.
