Braida Brachetto D'Acqui DOCG 2024

Like soda for grown ups, a slightly sweet, sparkling, light perfumed red wine. Light ruby red with effusive notes of ripe strawberries and withered rose. The most traditional pairing, would be with fresh or dried fruit and nuts at the end of a meal or in the middle of the afternoon, with light pastries and cakes, from Christmas panettone to jam tart. Perhaps one of the few wines in the world we'd recommending pairing with chocolate.
