2025 marked the second vintage in a row with cooler than average weather and below average yields, though production was better than the historically meager 2024 harvest.

Aromas of raspberry, hibiscus tea and blood orange lead to flavors of cherry creme, river stone and pomegranate for a lucious finish with soft end tannins. Try the 2025 Bishop’s Peak Pinot Noir with mushroom risotto or Margherita pizza.
