Analog Wine Co Heringer Vineyard Chenin Blanc 2024

100% Chenin Blanc from Heringer Vineyard in Clarksburg, CA. This is the first release by Analog Wine Co, a new label out of Berkeley, CA by Wine on Piedmont's own Haley Smith.
Farming: Sustainable (Lodi Rules) and currently in organic conversion, a 3 year process that is required for organic certification.
Winemaking: Low-intervention wine with minimal SO2 and nothing else added or removed. Barrel fermented in neutral French oak with indigenous yeast. Only 70 cases made.
Tasting notes: Clear straw yellow. Aromas of lemon, white flower, and a stony minerality. Medium bodied on the palate with refreshing acidity and notes of honey.
