The House of Carbonadi was created to elevate the premium spirits category around the world, with the release of its first luxury vodka brand. Gone are the days where vodka was defined as odorless and tasteless. Carbonadi exudes character and personality, and is full of flavor. It’s creamy texture like that of a fine Piedmont wine is like silk when it glides across the tongue. The impurities that are extracted by the carbonados, or rare black diamonds, leave an extremely clean liquid with minimal hints of ethanol. Carbonadi is a sipping vodka that connoisseurs and novices alike can appreciate and enjoy.
Carbonadi vodka originates from organic Italian wheat, which is sourced from the Piedmont region in northern Italy. It is then distilled five times, and then filtered first thru charcoal. The spirit is then filtered a second time, this time thru uncut carbonados, or micro-porous "black diamonds" to remove additional impurities not captured by traditional filtration. Finally, the vodka is finished with micro-oxygenation, which creates a smoother vodka expression.
The brand was co-founded by Ricky Miller III, who saw a need to elevate the vodka category and, clearly, took that passion to the furthest degree. A former professional athlete, Miller is also a cancer survivor and a Black man in an industry that has historically struggled with diversity.
