Domaine d’Ouréa was founded in 2009 and is located on the renowned communes of Vacqueyras and Gigondas, in the southern part of the Côtes du Rhône. Adrien Roustan, passionate about vines and nature, naturally took over part of his grandfather Raymond Bertrand’s estate after his studies and a couple eye opening internships at Domaine Romanée Conti and Turley Cellars. He has since acquired new plots in Vacqueyras and Gigondas. He converted the vineyard to organic farming and named it “Domaine D’Ouréa” in 2010 as a tribute to his highest parcel of Gigondas located at 1700 feet on the South slopes of the splendid Dentelles de Montmirail. The estate has been certified organic since 2012.

Hand harvested and selected. All fruit is de-stemmed. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in cement vats. Elevage for all reds continues in cement vats for 6 months. unfiltered.
