The Willamette Valley Brut is made from 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot noir. Chardonnay is fermented in 3rd/4th year Oregon oak barrels. Pinot Noir in old/neutral French oak barrique and puncheon. 80% comes from Johan Vineyards and 20% comes from Whistling Ridge North Block. 25% of the blend is from a solera style reserve tank dating back to 2013- hence the non-vintage designation. It was aged in bottle for 22 months before disgorgement.
