Belgian Single Malt distilled from the same mashbill they use to make their Belgian Triple. This is Belgium's first Single Malt and is distilled in their own copper kettles. They aged the whiskey in a mixture of first fill bourbon casks as well as an in-house proprietary "Anker" cask to their specifications. The result is an incredibly smooth and malt forward whiskey. Notes of vanilla and oak mesh together beautifully with lingering notes reminiscent of crème brûlée!
