100% Lambrusco Grasaparossa di Castelvetro
A slightly fizzy, tart red that pairs well with charcuterie and cheese or light tapas.
These 36 year old vines grown in 4 hectares of clay soils on in the area of this small estate of four hectares mostly comprised of clay soil. The grapes are hand-harvested at the beginning of October and are put through temperature-controlled fermentation for 1 month in steel barrels. Aged in bottled for one month before release.
