PAMA Night Market "Verjuice Spritzes" Happy Hour | Thursday July 16th, 5-7:30pm

July 16th is the third Thursday of the month, and you know what that means — the Piedmont Avenue Night Market is back!

This month our Spritz Bar is back with a little twist: “Verjuice Spritzes”!

Verjuice (or verjus) is made by pressing unripe wine grapes early in the season. It is unfermented, resulting in a naturally zero alcohol “juice” that can be used as a glaze, marinade, vinaigrette, and in our case, create the base for a refreshing spritz. Though the origins of verjuice are traced back to France, today you can find it made in many wine regions of the world (yes, including here in Northern California). 

We’ll be pouring up spritzes based on NON infused verjus from Australia, with the option to keep it zero abv, or spike it with sparkling wine. 

$10 a pour. Complimentary movie popcorn provided!
