Son of Man Sagardo is made once a year with Oregon grown cider apples. Just like wine, each vintage is uniquely delicious. It is an expression of the season, of the harvest, and of the place we call home - Oregon's epic Columbia River Gorge.
Made from fruit grown in the Hood River and Willamette Valleys, Son Of Man Sagardo is spontaneously fermented by native yeasts and bottled unfiltered without any added sulfites.
It is a thirst quencher. Bright, wild, and never sweet, Sagardo is extremely food friendly. The naturally low ABV and wonderful tradition of pouring the cider from a heigh means you can long pour cider all day (and night) long.
