Blend: 100% Grenache Noir
Harvest dates: September 4th through September 19th
Winemaking: De-stemmed and pressed off the skins after a very limited skin contact (about an hour).Fermented and aged in a stainless steel tank.No malo-lactic fermentation in order to preserve natural acidity of Grenache.
Grenache grown in Dry Creek Valley tends to retain nice levels of natural acidity, and this Rosé really shows it. It has bright fruit and spice in a crisp Rosé-making it the perfect choice for summertime venues.
