Co-fermented with a small percentage of whole-cluster Carignane. Peppery and aromatic, with a richness and intense fruit and spice character on the palate that reflects the Bedrock site.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"additional-description\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocation: Sonoma Valley AVA - Glen Ellen, CA\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFarming: CCOF and ROC Regenerative Certified. Non-till and minimal water usage. Planted on the rocky loam soils from the Red Hill Clay Soil Series - derived from the alluvium of the Mayacamas range sitting above the vineyard. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAge: 136 year old vines\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWinemaking: Two-thirds of the fruit lightly foot tread, one-third crushed and destemmed. Small amounts of Carignan were added whole cluster. Spontaneously fermented until dry, then pressed gently into one 500L neutral barrel.
