What is 'terroir' and how can it be exemplified in wine? There is nothing more suitable an example of terroir, than the earthy, stony, and rocky representations from Fance. Hailed as the inventors of the term, 'Les Francais' are some of the best at capturing the flavors of the soil in their bottles. This weekend, we will be featuring an elegant selection of earthiness from the Loire, Beaujolais and Bordeaux. Each of these regions are known for their mineral-driven soils and for the bright, exceptionally food-worth wines that are made from them.  From the gravelly banks of Entre-Deux-Mers to the sea-bed stones of Morgon, this line-up will truly make your tastebuds water. Despite the old idiom to 'never put rocks in your mouth', we believe that on this weekend, you are exempt.
